Deneene Graham Consulting, LLC is a boutique grant consulting firm located in Rochester, Minnesota that offers individualized services to nonprofits, foundations, and other philanthropic organizations across the United States. Our firm was founded in 2020 by Deneene Graham who brings seventeen years of experience working in nonprofits and public organizations, both within the United States and internationally.

Our mission is to help nonprofits increase fundraising revenue through grants. We bring our experience and skills to increase staffing capacity within established nonprofits, help growing nonprofits establish grant programs, and provide coaching, technical assistance, and grant training to nonprofit staff and volunteers.

We have proven success in securing grant revenue for organizations focused on early childhood development, youth development & and out-of-school time activities, mental health, reentry services, international development, and basic needs.
